Introduction

DJSCE Consulting Group (“DCG”) is a student-led organization. On the DCG website, we trust that our platforms are used for respectful and trustworthy purposes. While using this site, you agree to abide by these terms. DCG has the right to modify these terms at our discretion. If you do not agree, please do not participate on DCG sites.

By interacting with DCG, you agree to our terms and policies. If you dissent, please terminate your use of the platform.

1. Data Collection

We take data from users at two stages: Signup and Onboarding. At Signup, we require your email. At Onboarding, we require additional data including your name, college name, branch, year, and other relevant demographics.

We collect your email at signup, and your academic/demographic details during onboarding to facilitate your use of the platform.

2. Access to Resources

Access to DCG is tiered based on the information provided. For accessing free DCG resources, only basic Signup (email) is required. For accessing paid resources or participating in DCG-organized events, full Onboarding (demographic and academic data) is required.

Basic signup lets you see free resources, but event participation and paid content require you to complete the onboarding process.

3. Use of Data

We use the data collected for carrying out events, maintaining user info, and nothing else. The data is used strictly for event management and resource allocation.

Your data is used only for managing events and allocating resources. We do not use it for any other purpose.

4. Legal Risks and Responsibilities

All content and services are provided AS IS. DCG does not offer warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or error-free performance. You agree to release DCG from any claims arising from your use of the site. You are responsible for providing accurate information during signup and onboarding.

You agree to be responsible for your use of DCG content and to provide truthful information. DCG is not liable for damages related to your use of the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the institutional guidelines of Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. Any legal proceedings shall be located within the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
